The landscape compliments the traditional northwest architecture which blends seamlessly into this unique neighborhood. The design worked to provide each of the 140 units a connection to an outdoor space. The large on-structure courtyard is the front entry and central garden space for many of the units. The tree-lined streetscape of 10th Avenue East is complimented by the lush landscaping which adorns the Brownstone's private, street-side terraces. A spacious roof deck features expansive views and provides gathering space for outdoor functions.
