As the design consultant of Seattle Parks and Recreation, Harrison Design is designing a park plan adjacent to one of the city’s most beloved attraction, the Fremont Troll. The new park received a grant from Parks and Green Spaces Levy Opportunity Fund submitted by the Friends of Troll’s Knoll in hope to transform under-utilized public land into community park and p-patch garden. It will become a model for sustainable park space including use of recycled materials, native plants, edible garden, tree retention, and wind turbines.
